Q) Will I receive a confirmation?
A) Yes, by email provided to us on the registration form.

Q) When is IGCW 2009?
A) Friday 4th, Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December 2009.

Q) What is included in my registration fee?

Q) Can we get an official letter of Invitation?
A) Yes, please write to us

Q) Can I attend only one day of a three day meeting?
A) Yes, however you can send two representatives to attend the following days (one on each) in the same workshop fees.

Q) Are there discounts on multiple registrations?
A) Yes, for groups of 10 delegates or more there is a discount of 10%.

Q) Will the information/conference materials provided at the conference be posted on the website?
A) Materials provided at the conference will not be on the website. However, it will be posted on our website for attendees who will have been provided the password for access.

Q) Do I have to register in advance or can I register on-site?
A) On-site registration request will be declined. The registration fees may be increased 15 days prior the event. Moreover, we strongly recommend you to register in advance in order to utilize pre-event discussion forum with confirmed participants and experts committee.

Q) Are there options for my strict dietary requirements?
A) The majority of our conferences include buffet style meals with a variety of foods.

Q) What is the event dress attire?
A) Business attire or business casual.

Q) How do I know if my registration submitted on-line was received?
A) You will receive a response shortly after you submit the form with the details of procedure to confirm your registration.

Q) Who can be IGCW 2009 Exhibitor?
A) Any corporate, company, organization, institute, etc who wishes to showcase their ‘green’ initiatives/ services/ products / technologies/ case studies of adopting sustainable measures to reduce hazardous effluents.

A) Registration fees differ on delegates status. See the details here

Q) Who gets a discount on registration fees?
A) There is 50% discount to students and 25% to academic institute, research institute, associations and society on registration fees

A) IGCW covers vast area in the field of green chemistry. We have allocated themes for all days which is suitable for the proffessionals to participate. See the details here
