Initiatives to promote Green Chemistry

Department of Science & Technology (DST), a premier R&D funding agency of the Government of India, started a separate program on “Green Chemistry” in the year 2004. The program intends to promote R&D projects (both open-ended and industry collaborative), conduct awareness workshops and training programs for industry & academia. The details of this “Green Chemistry” program will be discussed in the talk.
